Returns & Refund Policy
Warranty — 2 years
Every Firefly Bricks light kit is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a component fails under normal use within the warranty period, we will replace the affected part at no cost to you.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy below. To cancel, email support@fireflybricks.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are uninstalled, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Because our kits contain electronic components and small parts, items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return.
If a kit arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the defective or incorrect item or arrange a refund, at our discretion.
How to start a return
- Email support@fireflybricks.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Approved returns should be sent back in their original packaging with all components included.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchanges & missing parts
If a part is missing or faulty, email us with your order number and a short video or photo. We will send the replacement under our warranty without requiring a full return.
