Shipping Policy
Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, postal services, holidays, and peak periods. Shipping charges and available methods are shown at checkout based on your destination.
Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order or shipping cost. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at support@fireflybricks.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
